In addition to sharing their knowledge and expertise in the classroom, faculty:
- involve students in their research projects
- introduce them to internship possibilities
- lead them on overseas excursions
Through Juniata's unique two-adviser system, faculty provide students with multiple sources of support and encouragement as they make career plans and adjust to college life.
