Huntingdon, Pa. - Juniata College senior tennis player David Bullock (Central Bucks East/Jamison) was selected to the Commonwealth Conference All-Conference tennis team as picked by the conference's eight head coaches. Bullock was one of six athletes chosen as a second-team All-Conference performer. It marks the first time in his career that he earned All-Conference honors.

Bullock helped lead Juniata to a program-record six victories as he posted a team-high eight singles victories to go with three doubles triumphs. The eight wins in singles competition marked a career high for Juniata's senior captain, which gave him 18 wins in singles action for his career. He earned Commonwealth Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week recognition on one occasion during the year. Bullock becomes just the second men's tennis player to capture All-Conference honors since men's tennis was reinstated as a varsity sport in 2002.

Playing at the third singles position Bullock was 4-3 in Commonwealth Conference action on the year and a perfect 4-0 in non-conference outings. Seven of his eight wins came in straight sets, while against Penn State-Altoona he rallied from a one-set deficit to claim a 1-6, 6-3, 6-3 victory in a Juniata win. His wins came against conference rivals Moravian, Widener, Lebanon Valley and Susquehanna as Juniata defeated both Widener and Lebanon Valley. Bullock also was Juniata's top performer at the MASCAC Men's Tennis Championships as he advanced to the semifinals of the third-flight bracket on the strength of an 8-4 second-round victory. It marked the best showing by a Juniata singles player at the event.

Bullock also posted three doubles wins on the year, teaming with Brandon Long (Lebanon/Lebanon) for those wins. The duo earned two victories over Penn State-Altoona doubles teams and also had a win in a non-conference match against Lycoming.

Bullock closes his career with an 18-24 singles record, to go along with 17 doubles victories to give him an overall career record of 35-50.

Juniata ended the season with a 6-5 record, which established a new program record for wins. The Eagles were 2-5 in the Commonwealth Conference, and were in contention for the program's first-ever conference postseason berth until the last match of the season.
