MEN'S BASKETBALL (3-0): Nov. 29 at Albright; Dec. 2, Moravian.

Juniata ran its unbeaten streak to three games with a 71-64 win at Pitt-Greensburg on Tuesday evening. It was the lone action of the week for the Eagles, who are now 3-0 for the first time since the 1990-91 unit opened the campaign with a 3-0 record. It is also Juniata's first three-contest winning streak since the 1995-96 season. Senior forward Nathan Hager (Franklin/Franklin) scored a career-best 25 points, including 19 in the first half. He also grabbed seven rebounds and passed out two assists. Junior guard Shane Crandall (North Allegheny/Doylestown) and freshman forward Ben Gallagher (Butler/Butler) each had 15 points. Gallagher had 10 rebounds and two steals as well, while Crandall, who was 7 of 10 from the foul line, registered four assists. Junior forward Dave Reddick (North Hills/Pittsburgh) posted nine rebounds and had two points. Freshman forward Josh Tyler (Bellwood-Antis/Altoona) came off the bench to score seven points and snag two boards.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL (1-2): Nov. 28 at Albright; Dec. 2, Moravian.

The Eagles, opened the home portion of their 2000-01 schedule on Tuesday with a 79-63 loss to Carnegie Mellon, the alma mater of Juniata head coach Amy Buxbaum. Blue and gold junior guard Kelly Grove (Penns Valley/Spring Mills) and junior forward Kim Kelly (Upper Merion/King of Prussia) each had 12 points. Kelly also had a team-best seven rebounds. Sophomore guard Jen LaCount (Westmont Hilltop/Johnstown), who had three treys, and sophomore center Kelly Steinbeiser (Altoona/Altoona) added in nine points each.

WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL (33-8, 7-0 Commonwealth): Dec. 1 vs. Wis-Whitewater, NCAA Semifinals at

Central (IA); Dec. 2 vs Central or Washington (MO), NCAA Champ or Third-Place Match.

Juniata spent the past week preparing for the upcoming NCAA Division III Semifinals/Finals. The Eagles are in search of the program's first-ever national championship and will take on Wisconsin-Whitewater on Friday at 6:00 p.m. (EST).

WOMEN'S SWIMMING (2-2, 2-2 MAC): Nov. 29, Mansfield, Dec. 2, Elizabethtown.

The Eagles were not in action this past week, but will return to the pool for competition this coming Wednesday.
