HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- Kim Kitchen, director of planned giving at Juniata College and a local estate-planning attorney, will conduct an educational seminar titled \"Where There\'s a Will, There\'s a Way,\" at noon, Wednesday, Jan. 10 in the Westminster Woods Commons Dining Room, second floor. The seminar, will detail how to plan an estate so that everyone can provide for the persons, charities and other causes they care about. There is no charge for the seminar and a complimentary lunch is provided. \"Every man and woman should have a valid, updated will,\" says Kitchen, who has many years of experience in estate planning. \" Whatever your circumstances, wealth, and objectives, every will should reflect individual needs and wishes. Unfortunately , I have seen first-hand some of the adverse consequences of a person not having a will, or one that is unsigned or outdated.\" For more information, please call Wendy Garlock, staff assistant at Juniata College, at (814) 641-3117, or e-mail garlocw@juniata.edu.
