HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- Juniata College senior forward Kelly Ashcraft (Bellefonte, Pa./State College Area) has been named the Landmark Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week, for the week ending Sunday, Nov. 30.

Ashcraft averaged 25.0 points and 4.5 rebounds while leading the Eagles to a pair of victories last week, evening their season record at 3-3.

She scored a career-high 28 points on 11-of-16 shooting from the field in Juniata's 77-65 win over Pitt-Greensburg on Saturday in Huntingdon. Ashcraft also dished out six assists and recorded four steals against the Bobcats. Earlier in the week, she logged 22 points while going 9-of-12 from the floor in a 75-47 victory over Penn State-Altoona.

Ashcraft shot .714 (20-28) from the field over the two games, and was 10-of-11 at the free-throw line.

Juniata returns to action on Thursday, Dec. 4, when it travels to Westminster, Md., to face McDaniel College.
