KING'S POINT, N.Y. - The Juniata College women's swimming earned points in four events as they competed in day two of the 2010 Landmark Conference Swimming & Diving Championships, held at the United States Merchant Marine Academy on Saturday afternoon.

The team first competed in the 200-yard medley relay, earning 14 points while finishing in seventh place with a time of 2:14.95.

Junior Lindsay Cooper (Altoona, Pa. / Altoona) finished 100-yard breaststroke in 1:15.35, placing her 10th and earned the team three points.

Sophomore Marysa Milinichik competed in the Championship's 23rd event, earning 11th place after posting a time of 1:10.73 in the 100-yard backstroke.

The best finisher of the day came from the newest member of the swim team. Sophomore Leann Foster (Folsom, Pa. / Interboro) scored 251.90 points during the 1-meter diving event. She was 1.35 points off the leader, finishing in second place. She was awarded 13 points.

The final day of the competition continues Sunday, in King's Point, N.Y.
