HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- Two Juniata College men's volleyball players were named to the EIVA All-East teams and head coach Kevin Moore was named the Bob Sweeney Coach of the Year, as the Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association announced its 2011 postseason honors on Monday.

Senior outside hitter Chris Vrooman (Baden, Pa./Ambridge Area) and junior middle Ben Wolff (Meadville, Pa./Meadville) each earned Second Team All-East honors.

Vrooman's list of honors continues to grow, as he recently earned American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division III First team All-America honors. He led the Juniata attack with 339 kills (3.20 set) and 22 service aces in his senior year.

Wolff led the team with 101 blocks and was third on the team in kills with 237 (2.08/set) this season. He was recently named EIVA Hay Division Player of the Week, for the week ending April 11, 2011.

In his first season coaching the Juniata men's volleyball team, Moore guided the Eagles to an 18-12 overall record, and a flawless 8-0 EIVA Hay finish. Moore is a 2002 Juniata College graduate and embarked on his first year coaching the Eagles after spending the past two seasons as the assistant coach at George Mason University.

Moore is the fourth Juniata coach in 2010-11 to earn conference coach of the year honors.
