HUNTINGDON, PA - A free networking event will be held on October 19th from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Sill Business Incubator (419 14th Street, Huntingdon). The event is sponsored by the Huntingdon County Keystone Innovation Zone (a partnership between the Huntingdon County Business & Industry, Juniata College and the Juniata College Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership). The main focus of the evening will be the premiere of the Entrepreneurial Video Library. The video library project began in the summer of 2005 and features more than 50 entrepreneurs who provided more than 600 video clips. The video library will serve as a tool to any business owner looking for advice in areas such as start-up capital, human resources and market strategy. JCEL Assistant Director Anna Harris, who served as project manager, praises the student involvement. \"This is hands-on experiential learning at its finest,\" Harris said. \"At Juniata we strive to involve students in dynamic projects like this one as early as their freshmen year. Not only did they learn about entrepreneurship, they also developed their technical and teamwork skills.\" Ten Juniata College students assisted in the project specializing in areas such as interviewing, filming, editing, etc. The Entrepreneurial Video Library can be found at www.jcel.biz. \"This networking event will allow entrepreneurs, business owners and community members to connect with one another,\" Michael Lehman, Assistant Vice President of JCEL, said. \"It will be a worthwhile experience for everyone who attends.\" All students, faculty, staff and community members are encouraged to attend the event.
