MARIETTA, Ohio -- Juniata College senior Kyle Mazur (Ogdensburg, N.J./Morris Catholic) captured All-America honors for the second time in his career with a second place finish in the javelin at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Thursday afternoon in Marietta, Ohio.

Mazur's best throw in the finals flight was on his fifth throw, when he posted a mark of 62.14m (203-10). He finished second behind Concordia University (Wisc.) junior Brock Solveson, who won with a throw of 63.52m (208-5).

Mazur previously earned All-America honors in the javelin in 2007, when he finished seventh. He is the first two-time men's track and field All-American in Juniata history.

Mazur finished fifth out of nine competitors in his flight, and was eighth out of the nine competitors who advanced to the final flight. His best throw in the first round was 58.71m (192-7).

In his first trip to an NCAA meet, Juniata freshman Dustin Drake (Mount Union, Pa./Mount Union) finished eighth in his flight with a throw of 55.23m (181-2).
