HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- The Juniata College women's and men's soccer teams will make Medlar Field at Lubrano Park their pitch for the day, as the Eagle soccer teams will be hosting a youth soccer clinic prior to the State College Spikes game on Sunday, Aug. 8.

The clinic will run from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Medlar Field, with an autograph session with the Juniata players from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. Registration for the clinic will be on-site, starting at 10:30 a.m. There is no charge for the clinic.

Juniata women's soccer head coach Scott McKenzie will lead the clinic, which will have participants rotating through a series of skill stations, fitness stations, and "fun" stations. The clinic will allow for maximum interaction between participants and Juniata's student-athletes, with an emphasis on a "healthy mind, healthy body" lifestyle.

The youth soccer clinic will be held prior to the Spikes' game against the Tri-City ValleyCats, which has a scheduled first pitch of 6:05 p.m. with fireworks following the game. Tickets to the State College Spikes game range from $11.00 to $6.00, and can be purchased online at www.StateCollegeSpikes.com.
