HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- Juniata College defensive lineman Jason Marquis (Jeannette, Pa./Jeannette) received Honorable Mention distinction when the Centennial Conference unveiled its 2010 All-Centennial Conference football squad on Tuesday.

Marquis was tabbed as an Honorable Mention choice for the third straight season.

He finished the season with 39 total tackles, including 28 unassisted stops, and finished fifth on the team in total tackles. Marquis recorded 5.5 tackles-for-loss of 15 yards, with 1.0 sack of eight yards, and was credited with one fumble recovery. He had a season-high 10 total tackles versus Dickinson on November 6 at Knox Stadium.

The junior has 155 total tackles for his career, most among all active players.

The All-Centennial Conference football team consisted of a First and Second team, along with a number of Honorable mention selections.
