- Over the last 5 years, almost 90% of JC students applying to professional health schools and 100% of students applying to allied health schools were accepted; 100% applying to law school were accepted last 3 years.

- 3 graduate schools (Purdue, Carnegie-Mellon, Virginia) accept any Juniata student with a 3.3 average into their chemistry PhD program. Since 1987, all of Juniata's chemistry students wanting to go to grad school received an offer.
- Juniata consistently produces Fulbright scholars, Goldwater scholars, All-USA College Academic Team scholars, and St. Andrew's Society scholarship winners.
