Interviews are highly recommended. It is a time when you get an opportunity to get a real sense of the college and we get a chance to assess your 'fit' with the institution. Also, there are many opportunities at Juniata that you can learn about during your interview. Getting to know your personal enrollment counselor and talking to the transfer co-ordinator to review credit transfers are additional advantages.
-
What essay is required?
Juniata uses the Common Application. There are two parts that require you to write. The short answer is for you to elaborate on your activities. The personal essay concerns your reason for transfer to another institution.

How many students participate in internships?
Most years, we have about 150 students participate in summer transcript notation internships. During the academic year, we have approximately 100 more students complete credit internships.
