A three-time American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) First-Team All-American, she was a four-year starter for the women’s volleyball team at setter. She graduated as the program’s all-time leader in career assists and held the record until 2004, 10 years after she graduated from the program. She is fifth all time in NCAA Division III history in career assists, and had the highest career assists-per-game average in NCAA Division III annals until the mark was bested in 2004. She holds the Juniata record for assists in a match with 93, which ranks fourth in NCAA Division III history and led NCAA Division III in assists in 1994. She helped Juniata reach the NCAA Division III National Semifinals in 1991, 1993 and 1994, and guided Juniata to a runner-up finish in the 1993 championship. Football

He was a four-year letter winner and key component of Juniata’s first undefeated football team in 1953. As a captain he played more minutes than anyone else on 1953 team that enjoyed the school’s first undefeated season. In his four seasons, Juniata compiled a 20-9-1 record, including a 13-2 mark in his final two campaigns. He was a center and linebacker and the formation caller for a defense that held offenses to less than 200 total yards in all but one contest and posted three shutouts. Juniata outscored its opponents, 196-39, during the 1953 season and out-gained them, 1,985-1,093. With his contributions the Juniata defense limited opponents to just 39 points in seven contests in 1953, and held opposing teams to just 87.1 rushing yards per game. He was the recipient of the George L. Weber Award given to the Most Valuable Lineman following his senior season and was selected by his teammates as an honorary captain following the completion of the season.

Women's Volleyball

She holds the distinction of being the only Division III women’s volleyball player to earn American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) First-Team All-America honors four times. Despite being slightly undersized for an outside hitter, at the time of her induction she ranked second in Juniata history in career kills and rated first all-time in Juniata annals in career kills per game. She ranks 23rd all-time in NCAA Division III career kills and is 20th in Division III history in the kills-per-game category. She has the third-most attacks in Juniata history, and was a four-time all-conference player during her years at Juniata. She also ranks in the Juniata career top-10 in digs and serve aces. Her career-dig total is fifth all-time in blue and gold history, while her career aces is the third-highest total in the program’s annals. She is one of just five Juniata women’s players to amass more than 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs in her career. Wrestling

One of the most successful athletes in the history of the Juniata College wrestling program, he remains the only wrestler to win an individual Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championship at a time when the conference included such larger schools as West Chester and Bucknell. He missed the NCAA Championship due to an academic conflict, but would have been the first Juniata wrestler to compete at the national competition. He claimed the MAC Championship in the heavyweight division to cap a senior season in which he finished with a 15-1 record with 10 of his wins coming by pin-fall which marked a single-season school record at that time. His efforts at the MAC Championship helped Juniata place fourth as a team. He was a co-captain for the Juniata squad in senior season. He reached double figures in singles victories as a freshman as well when he posted a mark of 11-5. His career singles record was an impressive 36-15-0 with 18 pins. He earned a fourth-place individual finish at the MAC Championship in his junior season. In addition to his athletic
