Bio

Molly is an amazing defensive player and has improved her passing and serving this spring. She will help anchor this team with her ball control. She will also help provide leadership to a young team as it finds its way.

2008:
Recorded 115 digs (0.97 per set) for the Eagles as a defensive specialist... had a season high nine digs against Birmingham-Southern, and recorded seven digs on four other occasions... a highly effective server off the bench, she logged 23 service aces (0.19 per set)... a Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll selection.

2007: Third on the team in digs with 345 (2.54 per game)... finished with 13 matches with 10 or more digs... recorded 23 digs in a four-game win over La Verne in the Teri Clemens Invitational, eclipsing her previous career high... tallied 57 service aces - second-most on the team - including four-ace matches against Franklin & Marshall and Gallaudet in Juniata's season-opening Asics Inviational.

2006: Made a considerable impression as a freshman, producing 237 digs and 50 aces... had three four-ace matches on the season, and finished with at least one ace in 23 matches... posted 10 or more digs seven times, and had a high of 17 in a victory over nationally-ranked Illinois Wesleyan.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Captain for Cumberland Valley HS and was twice picked as the Mid-Penn MVP while also earning All-State recognition... played for the R&B Select Volleyball Club.

PERSONAL: Twin sister Megan is also a member of the Eagle women's volleyball team... daughter of Larry and Carol Sollenberger... POE is communications.
