Juniata College Sports Information

The Juniata College Sports Information Office provides complete information and media services regarding Juniata’s 19 varsity athletic teams. The office publishes all athletic publications and news releases, coordinates athletic photography, maintains statistical data on teams, maintains the Juniata athletics website, and serves as the department’s contact with the NCAA, Landmark Conference, Centennial Conference, and the EIVA for statistical and public relations matters.

The sports information office also provides opportunities to Juniata College students who are interested in gaining experience in a range of areas, including sports writing, publication design, and video editing and production.

Interviews: All interviews with Juniata student-athletes should be arranged through the Sports Information Office, and are generally conducted prior to or after practices. Juniata head coaches are available throughout the week, primarily in the morning. Coaches may be contacted directly for interviews.

Phone Lines/Internet Access: Radio phone lines are available in the Kennedy Sports + Recreation Center (men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s volleyball), as well as at Knox Stadium (football). No phone lines are available at any other facilities. There is wired internet access available before and after events at the Kennedy Sports + Recreation Center only. Wireless internet access is not regularly available at any Juniata athletic facilities.
