The Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC) is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and has achieved the highest state rating as a Keystone STAR 4 Center (Keystone STARS). The Center is also licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. Our high-quality early
childhood program provides a safe and nurturing environment
