The news section of the Juniatian is designed to raise awareness of campus issues and give students a voice to react to those issues. 

Sports

The sports section is designed to highlight the accomplishments of Juniata’s student athletes. This section gives the athletes and coaches a forum to talk about their team’s goals, strategies, set backs, and victories.

A&E

The arts and entertainment section highlights the various programs that take place at Juniata College. Many of the programs are put on by Juniata students while others are staged by professionals. The articles in this section seek to inform readers about what is available to them on campus and to give students a chance to respond to the arts and entertainment that they see. This section is also home to bi-weekly columns including: music, fashion, sex, and movie reviews.

Editorials & Commentary

The content in the editorial section is not necessarily representative of the paper as a whole. This section allows staff writers and editors a place to present their own opinions on campus issues. These articles are designed to make students think about what is going on in the world around them, not necessarily to tell them what they should think. This section also contains letters to the editor which allow students to respond to issues in the world around them.
