Intensive English Program Application Instructions
Complete the Intensive English Program Application Form below.
Please send the following:
- Affidavit of Support form to apply for an I-20
- Document of Financial guarantee (a bank statement or bank letter, on paper)
- Copy of the photo page of your passport (fax or electronic copies are OK)
- When you apply, you should send $300 by a check drawn a US bank or money order in U.S. dollars. ($50 non-refundable application fee and $250 refundable deposit if no money is owed to Juniata College). Credit card payments (NO Visa) are available for an additional fee.
- Send check or money order payable to "Juniata College - IEP" and documents to:
