Where will I be going?
The Université Catholique de Lille, located in the center of Lille. Lille is an attractive and lively metropolis in the north of France, also known as "The Gateway to Europe" because of its close proximity to Brussels, London, and Paris. What will I be doing?
During your 4-week stay in Lille, you will take several different courses in language and culture at the Université Catholique de Lille. You will receive a total of 120 Act 48 hours.
You will be having fun, too!
The Lille Summer Program plans trips to surrounding areas in order to provide a cultural aspect to the learning process. Trips include Flanders Fields, Brussels, and Bruges, Belgium (the lace capital of the North). There will also be several trips to museums in the area.
Opportunities for personal travel outside of the scheduled events are available, but they are not included in the price of the program.
Where will I be staying?
The Université Catholique provides comfortable lodging in their campus housing. The single rooms contain a bed, desk, sink, and refrigerator. Each floor shares a bathroom with private showers. All meals from Monday to Friday are included in the program price. Cooking facilities are available in each residence hall. Family members are not permitted to accompany you unless they participate.
