The department has four research laboratories containing equipment designed to measure both animal and human behavior. These facilities are primarily in Good with one located in the new von Liebig Science center.
Human Space Lab
- Designed to examine human spatial navigation using virtual environments.
Psychology Computer Lab
- 10 student computer stations with software for gathering and analyzing data.
Judgment and Decision Making Lab
- Divided into three areas for group interaction, E-Prime presentation software, and the Biopac physiological recording instrument.
Animal Learning and Behavior Lab
- Designed to examine the formation of associations in rats.
