Housemate needed 13-14 $400

My housemates and I are looking for a house mate for next year. Rent is $400 a month utilities included (except internet, about $20 ea/month). There is a washer and dryer and you will have your own room. I can let you know what furniture will be in your room closer to the end of the semester. You will most likely need to bring your own desk and bed, at least a mattress. There is a dog living here and he will be here all of next year. Housemates for next year will be Amanda Chamberlain, Schuyler Beauvais-Nikl, Meghan Decker, and Sungouk Park.
