I'm looking for people who can do cartoon portraits,make balloon animals and face painting....I am planning a Halloween party at the Huntingdon Community Center for Foster Children and their Foster families and in need of help...If you know anyone who can do theses things or anything else you may think would be fun for the kids PLEASE let me know...The party will be Sunday Oct. 30th from 1-4....Thanks
