Apartment available: 2012-2013/Roommates needed

I am seeking one or two roommates to share an off campus apartment for the 2012-2013 academic year. The apartment is a two bedroom at 1410 Washington Street, only a short walk/bike ride from campus, and has a living room, kitchen, attic/loft and roof access. It is pre-furnished, including couches, tables and a microwave.
