Housemates needed for next year!

I'm currently looking at a house on 1512 Moore St (you may have seen the post on here), but need two housemates to bring the cost down. If three of us live together, rent would be $350/month. Plus, it's 3 bedrooms, so no one has to share! =)

Not yet. I'm not signing a lease until I know for sure that I will have two housemates.
