Ride to MD/DC Area on the 24th or 23rd?

I'm looking for a ride down to Maryland on the 24th or preferably the 23rd of September. Will pay for gas and snacks.

I live in Charles Town, WV but I have to go through Maryland to get there. Where in Maryland are you looking to go? Do you have a ride back?
