Room for rent in house near campus

Looking for one female student to rent room in house 5 blocks from campus (up Moore St). House has 4 bedrooms, and three are rented out to female students for next year, and we are looking for one more for the last bedroom (9 month school year contract, or half-year possible if you are studying abroad one semester). It is furnished (bed, furniture, HDTV, etc), and our dog (a 1.5 yr lab) and cat (a cat) will stay, so if you like pets it might be a good fit (rent reduced for watching pets, and "backup" for when you go out of town is arranged). There is also a garden that you can use if you are into that, and the lot adjoins a forested area (few acres) with walking trails. Can google 400 27th St to see location - no yard work required.
