Cindy grew up all over the United States and overseas in Germany and Japan, due to her father joining the Air Force when she was a child. She has lived in the area since 2001. She earned an Associate's Degree in Arts from the University of Maryland.
Cindy, along with her husband, Don, and two daughters, live in Alexandria.
