Thank you for providing me the opportunity to study at Juniata. I came to Juniata as a business student and allowed my POE to evolve into Tourism, Marketing and Communication. I was able to study abroad for an academic year in York, England and further develop my unique program. Without your support I would never have been able to experience such adventures nor develop such a unique and interesting POE.
At Juniata I was able to study a wide range of topics with my individualized POE. My favorite courses were in Entrepreneurship. The professor provides a hands on approach to starting a business and makes students think rather than giving them the answers. This type of approach is not available at large institutions and I greatly value it. Through your support I have been able to research and study at a much more sophisticated level than I would have been able to elsewhere.
