Program of Emphasis: Wildlife Conservation
Hometown: New Berlin, PA
High School: Mifflinburg Area High School
Why I chose to attend Juniata: I chose to attend Juniata because of the family atmosphere on campus. Juniata is a nice, close-knit campus and it is very easy to make friends with the faculty and other students.
Clubs and Organizations: I am currently a member of the Environmental Fellows Program.
Varsity Sports: I am currently on the Men's Soccer team where I play striker.
Travels Abroad: I am going to be studying at the Raystown Field Station in the spring of 2013.
Most Interesting Class: The most interesting class I am currently taking is Marine Biology. I find it fascinating because I am interested in wildlife and marine life as well.
Favorite Faculty Member: Professor Bill Thomas has made a huge impact in my life. I have known him my whole life, considering he is my uncle and he is the one who first introduced me to Juniata. While attending Juniata, he has always been there to give me great advice when I need it or just to talk about things.
Thank you!
I would just like to take the time to thank the Class of 1964 for taking the time and energy to help me through college. With tuition prices these days, every little bit helps and it means a lot that there are people out there who care enough to give out scholarships.
Sincerely,
