Why I chose to attend Juniata: I decided to attend Juniata College because my abuelo used to teach here. My grandparents live in Huntingdon, so even though I'm away from my home state, I still have family I can count on.
Most Interesting Class: The Metaverse with Donna Weimer has been the most interesting course. We look at technology and how it shapes our thinking, our identities, our communities, and how it will affect our future. This course has changed how I view technology as a whole.
Favorite Faculty Member: Belle Tuten is one of the best professors I've had. She teaches subjects outside my major, but I continued to take her courses because of her wonderful teaching style and her fantastic personality. She made it fun to learn, and she made me really appreciate history.

This scholarship has allowed me to complete my final semester at Juniata College. My family has had a lot of financial trouble over the past four years; if I hadn't received this scholarship, it would have made it impossible for me to return. However, because of this financial support, I will be graduating this December. Thank you so much!
