Some people watch the Super Bowl for the competition, some for the food, and some for the commercials.  This year we asked Juniata students what their favorite Super Bowl commercial was.

“The Madonna and Jay Leno commercial (for the Jay Leno Show).  I feel like it resembled all Super Bowl commercials as a whole, because it was funny at the moment, but next year you probably won’t remember it.” –Nate Salamone ’13, Easton, Pa.

“I have to say the ‘here we go’ dog commercial, because it was a funny entertaining commercial, but it had a better message besides selling the product because it was about rescue animals.”—Eli Murphy ’15, Poland, Maine

“The one with ‘The Darkness’ in it.  I also like the ‘here we go’ dog.”—Hannah Hostack ’15, Cemtennial, Colo.

“I liked the Chevy apocalypse one.  It was an apocalypse and all the people who were driving Chevys made it safe and the guy who was in the Ford didn’t.  I don’t like Fords.”  Jacqie Barnett ’15, Walston, Pa.
