Clinic Coaches
Nathan Smith
Nathan Smith is the sixth year head coach of Juniata College men’s and women’s swim teams. Since becoming the head coach, Nathan has guided his swimmers to 8 school records, 2 conference records, and the program’s first ever Landmark Conference victories in relays and individual events. The Eagles boast a 100% improvement rate for their college swimmers’ best times in the past five seasons. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Nathan graduated from Kenyon College, where he earned five Division III All-American honors and swam for three national champion teams.
Chrissy Whiteman
Chrissy Whiteman is the first year assistant coach of Juniata College men’s and women’s
swim teams. Chrissy is a Juniata graduate who swam for the team all four years and
served as a team captain in her senior year. After graduating from JC, Chrissy earned
her Master’s in Mind, Brain & Education at Harvard University and currently teaches
chemistry at Mifflin County High School.
