Youth Baseball Clinics

When:

January 29, 2017

Audience:

Ages 6-15

The youth baseball clinics are designed to teach all levels of skills and will be staffed by our coaches as well as current players. The pitching session will teach such things as proper mechanics, arm care, and many other drills. The hitting clinics will be comprised of many different drills that will teach the mechanics of our hitting philosophy. For the fielding session, our coaches and players will provide instruction on the fundamentals of playing multiple positions. Participants will have the option to learn the fundamentals and skills in two of the three categories during the session: infield, outfield, or catching.

Participants are asked to please bring their own equipment (bats, helmets, gloves, and catching gear). Athletic footwear, clothing, and hats should be worn, no cleats. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your session to check in. All clinics will take place on Juniata's campus in the Kennedy Sports and Recreation Building. The format will be designed so that participants learn as much information as possible while still having a fun time playing the game of baseball!
