In addition to traditional residence halls, Juniata offers numerous off-campus apartments and houses in which students live under the standard housing plan. They are selected by students in the same manner as standard residence hall rooms, and are generally occupied by juniors and seniors. Each apartment has one or two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The college-owned houses have a living room, kitchen, one or two bathrooms, several bedrooms, and a yard.
