Parking instructions for bus drivers (see below for driving directions):

April 21, 2015 - To All Event Supervisors

From: Scoring Team - As with the last two years we will be using a fairly sophisticated scoring procedure. You will be given a "thumb drive" in your Event Supervisors packet along with specific directions on how to record the scores for each team in your event. When your event is completed please turn in the thumb drive at the registration table in Kennedy Sports and Recreation center. Further directions will be given to you there.

The key is that you should have access to and bring along your own lap top computer. They have to be PC's and not Apples, the program won't run on them. We have a few extra ones but you will be much more familiar with yours.

This scoring was used the last two years and "caught" over 15 errors which we were able to correct before the final scores were tabulated.

Thanks for supervising an event. We obviously wouldn't be able to "do it" without all of you.

Ron Pauline
State Tournament Site Director

April 21, 2015 - To All Coaches

From: Enrollment Director - For those Schools who arrive Friday and wish to register, the registration will start at 2:00 PM instead of Noon and end at 5:00 PM. We have an Enrollment event in the IM gym until 1:30 PM and this will allow them to leave the area and avoid a "Traffic Jam"!
