Buffets include Rolls and Butter, Tossed Salad with a choice of two (2) dressings, Ice Water, Coffee, and Standard Linens.

Buffet I
- Homestyle Lasagna - Layers of tender Pasta baked with Fresh Italian Cheeses and your choice of a Marinara or Meaty Tomato Sauce
- Fresh Flounder Florentine - Fresh Fillet of Flounder Mornay baked above a layer of creamed herbed Spinach
- Chicken Chasseur - Tender, boneless Chicken Breast sautéed with Concassé Tomatoes, Scallions, Wild Mushrooms, and a Garlic Cabernet sauce
- Fettuccine Verde - Tender Spinach noodles tossed in a light Cream Sauce with Bits of Lobster, Ham, and fresh Mushrooms
- Stuffed Sole - Fillet of Lemon Sole stuffed with fresh Seafood and topped with a creamy Shallot Beurre Blanc
- Orange Honey Glazed Chicken - Tender breast of Chicken served in a Honey Orange Glaze sauce with toasted Pecans
- Baked Cod Almondine - Delicate fillet of Cod baked in a Citrus Chardonnay then finished with toasted Almonds
- Roasted Top Round - Thinly sliced and served with a Porcini Mushroom sauce
- Artichoke Parmesan Chicken - Artichoke hearts, spinach and red peppers combined in a zesty parmesan sauce wrapped inside a moist tender chicken topped with herbs and parmesan cheese.
- Chicken Christy - Six ounce chicken breast drenched in seasoned flour and topped with a sherry cream sauce garnished with sliced mushrooms and black forest ham.
- Penne Pasta with Roasted Red Pepper and Broccoli - Penne Pasta served in a cream sauce with roasted vegetables
- Chicken Parmesan - Boneless Chicken Breast lightly breaded, sautéed in Olive Oil and topped with Marinara Sauce and Provolone Cheese
- Eggplant Parmesan - Dusted Eggplant cutlets served with Marinara Sauce and melted cheese
- Country Beef Stew - Tender chunks of Beef with Potatoes and hearty, fresh Vegetables baked in a country sauce
