The Director of Accounting and Business Operations is appointed by the President on the recommendation of the Vice President for Finance and Operations. He assumes the overall responsibilities for the financial affairs of the College in the absence of the Vice President for Finance and Operations. The Director of Accounting and Business Operations has operational responsibility for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Payroll, Grants, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Risk Management, Endowment, Perkins, Cash Management, Financing, Fixed Assets, Development Accounting, Book Store and Food Service.

The Budget Director and Bursar has responsibility for Budget Development, Budget Reporting, Forecasting, Budget Management, Student Accounts, Loans, and Cashier Functions.
