The Controller is appointed by the President on the recommendation of the Vice President for Finance and Operations. The Controller assumes the overall responsibilities for the financial affairs of the College in the absence of the Vice President for Finance and Operations.

The Controller has operational responsibility for accounting, budgeting, finance and purchasing; and provides oversight of The College Store. The Controller also has oversight responsibility for payroll.
