Open Enrollment 2007

November is the month when eligible employees can make changes to their benefit plans. Any changes made during this time become effective January 1, 2008. If you want to add or drop coverage you must do so by November 30, 2007.

If you wish to make changes to your health, vision or dental coverage you should note the change on the Section 125 form. Those participating in Flexible Spending Accounts or the Health Plan Waiver Incentive must also complete a 2008 election form. All forms must be completed and returned to Human Resources by November 30, 2007 in order to continue the benefits.

Human Resources will be holding Benefits Update meetings at various times over the weeks of November 14-20. You must register in advance for these sessions at the CTS training sessions page. The meetings will include a brief presentation as well as an opportunity to ask questions and/or fill out forms.

NEW Voluntary AFLAC Benefit Plans Available

In 2008, we will offer additional voluntary AFLAC Benefit Plans. AFLAC representatives will be available at all open enrollment meetings to present the new plans.
