Campus Visit Specialist
The Enrollment Campus Visit Specialist is responsible for all individual campus visits. The position plans, coordinates various campus constituents into the student itinerary and is responsible for communication to visitors prior to their arrival.
Typical Duties & Responsibilities
- Insures all arrangements for campus visits of prospective freshman and guests including planning and scheduling tours, admission and financial aid counselor meetings, meetings with faculty, attending classes, athletic coaches meetings, lunches, overnight student hosts .etc.
- Corresponds with visitors in a timely fashion to advise them of schedules and arrangements. Assists with coordination of recently developed transportation plan. Answers questions and conveys needed information.
- Maintains reports and records of information collected during student visits.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Works independently responding to service needs of prospective students and guests. Must work cooperatively and collaboratively with diverse individuals and groups. Co-supervises 40 student tour guides, three student assistants and is responsible for Kronos submissions for all enrollment student employees.
Reports to the Director of Internal Operations (Director of Admission)
Knowledge and capabilities normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Two years experience in hospitality/customer service role sufficient to demonstrate competency in schedule/event planning and management, PC office/clerical software, and customer service skills. Knowledge of Datatel preferred.
