Head Men's Basketball Coach
CONTEXT OF THE JOB:
I. Men’s Basketball Program. The Head Men’s Basketball Coach, a member of the administrative staff of Juniata College, reports to the Director of Athletics. The Men’s Basketball Coach directly supervises assistant coaches, student support personnel and student-athletes.
II. Assistant Director of Athletics. The Assistant Director of Athletics has responsibilities as described below as well as other duties that may be assigned by the Director of Athletics.
KSRC: Maintenance; Custodial; Capital Improvement; Security; Scheduling, Safety.
- Serves on College Budget Committee.
- Responsibility for Athletics in absence of AD.
- Member of College Enrollment Committee and Liaison between coaches and Enrollment Office.
- Heads search committees on request.
III. Reports to: Director of Athletics, Dean of Students, Provost, and President.
IV. Supervises assistant basketball coaches, student employees and, in the absence of the Director of Athletics, all personnel within the Department.
