and click here for some more helpful hints to get you started!
Back by popular demand AND new and improved! We listened to your suggestions and this year we are offering a new competition. The name has changed, but the game is (almost) the same!
J.C. Blair employees have again challenged us, but this time it is to log 3,000 minutes of activity by September 1. Are you up to the challenge? You can do it by recording 30 minutes of aerobic activity 5 days a week between May 1 and September 1 to reach that goal. Walk, jog, lift weights, or swim your way to fitness...YOU get to choose your activity!
Your rewards for participating in the program include better health, more energy, prizes, and bragging rights over J.C. Blair and Mutual Benefit Group, whose employees will also be putting on their walking shoes and joining in the competition.
J.C. Blair has set a goal of 210,000 minutes of activity. We have set ours at 234,000 minutes. Join the challenge, and help us reach our goal!
