I am from a very small town, and this factor was one of  the many reasons why I chose Juniata! Juniata is a small, but close-knit college that has major connections with the local community. My interests include attending sporting events and hanging out with friends. I also like to be involved with Relay for Life and volunteering at local continuing care facilities. I suggest to all freshman to get involved because Juniata has so much to offer!

There are so many different aspects of Juniata that I love, but my favorite one revolves around its homey qualities. On my first campus visit, I knew instantly that Juniata was the place for me because I felt like I simply belonged here. Throughout my first year here, I have truly discovered that Juniata is my home away from home. I rarely find myself feeling homesick and I have made so many amazing friendships that I always feel as if I am with my family. Juniata is my home and my newly-found friendships are my family.

I'm a HUGGGEEE animal person. I live on a farm and have about 12 different kinds of animals including cows, goats, an alpaca, and miniature ponies. At Juniata, I am a part of the equestrian club and I am the treasurer of the JC Eagles Nest spirit club. My favorite thing about Juniata would have to be the campus and people. I love going to a small school and the people are all extremely friendly and willing to help you with anything you may need. Overall, I'm a pretty laid back person. I can't wait to meet everyone!

I love everything about Juniata and everything it has to offer. I am a member of the Women’s Tennis Team and I really enjoy photography. I love inbound and the welcoming atmosphere it creates and I am so happy to be a part of it this year.
