What are the benefits of locating my venture in a business incubator?
Business incubators provide a collaborative environment for entrepreneurs - you can learn from one another and network with other business visionaries. Incubators also have many shared resources which all tenants can use - conference rooms with technology, copiers, a mini-print shop and resource materials. Incubators are also a great way to market your business - many people tour the facilities and the staff at the facility work to help you promote your business through press releases.
What types of business are eligible to rent space in the Sill Business Incubator?
Students, faculty and community members are able to lease space. Per Huntingdon Borough zoning, most businesses with the exception of retail, are permitted to operate in the Sill Business Incubator.
What type of space is available?
Professional offices are available for a minimum of 5 days a month for at least a three month period. Rates for these spaces are as follows:

Light assembly space is also available starting at $90/month for approximately 114 square feet.
What are the lengths of the lease?
Leases range from three months to a full year.
Are there any additional benefits to leasing space?
The Sill Business Incubator is located in the heart of the Keystone Innovation Zone (KIZ) as well as the Enterprise Zone (EZ), allowing businesses in the facility to take advantage of those programs. Tenants also receive 50 megs of storage space, PHP and mySQL services, as well as FTP access to their site.
