Richard Ott Innovation Zone/Hotel Office Space
In the Hotel Office Space, entrepreneurs can reserve professional offices for as little as five days a month up to a full calendar month. Occupancy includes a business mailing address, voice mail and use of the MeadWestvaco Resource Center and conference rooms. This flexible scheduling gives students the ability to coordinate their office hours around their academic schedule, while conserving capital during the formative stages. In addition, the office space incorporates a voice-over IP phone system in which tenants log into in order to connect to their specific extension - this allows the offices to be used by different entrepreneurs on different days.

| The beauty of the Richard Ott Innovation Zone is the combination of privacy with the ability to easily network and collaborate with other entrepreneurs. |
