Marietta 4, Juniata 0

Altoona, Pa. ? The Juniata College women?s soccer suffered a 4-0 defeat at the hands of Marietta in the first round of the Penn State-Altoona Challenge Cup in Altoona Saturday afternoon. Juniata will move on to play in the consolation game of the tournament on Sunday. The Eagles are now 0-3-1 on the season.

Stewart capped the scoring just three minutes later with her second goal.

Heather McMinn (Indian Valley/Reedsville) recorded one of Juniata?s shots on goal in the game, while Sarah Lester (Thomas Jefferson/Jefferson Hills) and Rebecca Shoaf (Madison/Madison, N.J.) each recorded shots.
