HUNTINGDON, Pa. - Shooting 20% from the field, and 0-7 from beyond the three-point arc in the first half loomed large for the Juniata College men's basketball team as they fell, 66-64, to Goucher College, Friday night inside the Kennedy Sports + Recreation Center.

Senior Ryan Jones (Coudersport, Pa./Coudersport) led all players with 22 points and 12 rebounds, but the Eagles could not hold onto a two-point lead with 1:54 to play.

Juniata (8-11, 3-5 Landmark) took its first lead of the game with 13:10 left to play in the second half, 38-36, on a Nate Higgins (St. Mary's, Pa./Elk County Catholic) jumper on the baseline. From there, the teams swapped five lead changes and had the score knotted six different times throughout the remainder of the match.

The visitors had the lead to as many as seven with 3:42 remaining in the game before the Eagles used a 9-0 run to take their final lead.
