Biology Secondary Emphasis

In order to claim a secondary emphasis in Biology, a student must successfully take:

• Biology 105, BI 106 and BI 207
• Biology Laboratories BI 121 and BI 122
• CH 105 and CH 106: Organic Chemistry Concepts I and II
• Organic Chemistry Laboratory CH 121 and CH 122
• CH 230: Bioinorganic Chemistry
• Two 300/400 level biology courses: must be from two different core areas; one course must have a laboratory component.
