Life at the Raystown Field Station
Food
Food on Monday through Friday is provided by a full time Sodexho chef. Hot meals are served for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, with a la carte breakfasts. Food on weekends is provided by Sodexho and prepared by the resident director.
 
Meals are eaten in the lovely Shuster Hall, overlooking the lake. Students decide as a group which menu selection they would like from those available on campus. Food is cooked hot and fresh and the students rave about it!
   
There is also a student kitchen in Shuster Hall with basic cookware, a refrigerator and an oven. Each lodge also has a small kitchen equipped with a full sized refrigerator and microwave.
