Recently Completed Projects:

• Financial Aid Document System (FADS) - Allows for electronic storage of financial aid documents. Improvements and updates are planned.
• Discussion Forums - The campus discussion forums were recently updated and better integrated into the Arch.

Currently in Development:

• Faculty Services - Developing a site where faculty members can update their bio info, web contact info, and PEC info. They will also have access to their class evaluations here. (We are currently in testing phase.) This will also lead to a pdf version of the Faculty Directory on the web.
• Online Application
• Web-based Kiosks
• Faculty/Staff version of the Arch
• Alumni version of the Arch
• Press Form
• Security Incident Reporting System (SIRS) - This application will provided added functionality to the Office of Campus Safety and Security's tracking system. (Currently being tested by the Office of Campus Safety and Security)
• Advance - Similar to FADS, this system will allow the advancement office to electronically store fund raising documentation.
• Reservation Calendar VLCS equipment

Upcoming Projects:

• Field Station site enhancements - They would like to tie in the monitor for their 'green' building.
• E-Portofolio
• Class Rosters - A roster showing images and contact information of individuals in your class.
• Help Desk Manager

The web development staff is also involved in an ongoing process to improve the entire web site's ability to meet accessibility requirements as laid out by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative. You can view information about this initiative at http://www.w3.org/WAI.
